Bulk Honey Supplier for Food Manufacturers in India

Food and beverage manufacturers buy honey as an ingredient. They need a pack that fits the line, a specification the QA team can file, and a lot that matches the sample they approved. General drum logistics sit on the bulk honey page; this page is the manufacturing brief.

Overview

What buyers need to know

01

How honey is used in food and beverage plants

Honey enters sauces, drinks, confectionery, breakfast products, and other formulated foods as a sweetener and a flavour. Multiflora is the usual industrial starting point. Mustard is chosen when a sharper note is wanted. A darker forest-style honey is chosen when colour in the finished product matters.

Share the application in the enquiry if viscosity, colour, or crystallisation will affect dosing. Balaji will not invent a process limit that belongs in your plant trial.

02

Formats and specifications

Published industrial formats are a 300 kg epoxy-coated MS drum, 50 kg and 65 kg cans, and food-grade buckets for smaller batches. Charts are on the packaging page; the pack on the quotation is the pack that ships.

A useful purchase order names variety, moisture or colour band where required, destination, and any optional screen such as NMR. Plant certifications on the quality page describe the Sonipat operation — they do not replace the lot papers named in the contract.

03

What to send with the enquiry

Company, country, application, honey variety, estimated quantity, and preferred pack. Ask for a sample when the line will lock colour or flavour. Sales replies with availability, price basis, and lead time.
