Overview

What buyers need to know

01

Private label honey packaging for retail brands

Retail brands and distributors use this path when they want a finished jar under their own label without running a filling line. Private label honey packaging for retail brands follows the published glass and PET sizes. Food businesses can also discuss buckets when the programme needs a kitchen pack rather than a retail jar.

Your enquiry should name the market, the jar or bucket format, the honey variety, and an estimated first quantity. Sales replies with availability, pack confirmation, and price basis — not a standing catalogue MOQ or lead time.

02

Glass and PET packaging options

Published glass sizes run from 50 g to 500 g in round, square, hexagonal, octagonal, apple, and tea-mug shapes. Published PET sizes run from 125 g to 1 kg, including squeeze and teddy-bear shapes. Closure and label area follow the mould on the packaging charts.

These are the formats Balaji already publishes. Other jars are only quoted when sales confirms they can be sourced and filled for your order. Full charts sit on the packaging page.

Branding, artwork, filling, and enquiry steps

1. Send an enquiry with company, market, honey, pack format, and estimated quantity. 2. Approve a honey sample when colour or flavour must match your brief. 3. Supply finished label artwork or a dieline from your designer — Balaji does not design labels. 4. Balaji flags claims the lot cannot support before you print. 5. Filling and packing follow the agreed jar, honey, and documents; lead time is confirmed on the quotation.

Organic, True Source, raw, floral names, and origin claims need matching evidence. Organic needs a certifier and scope. True Source needs the current certificate. NMR is mentioned on artwork only when that lot has the report. Unsupported claims should come off the label before print.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Minimum order depends on the jar or bucket, the honey, and the market. It is stated on the quotation after you share an estimated quantity and pack format. This page does not publish one MOQ for every private-label programme.
