Quotations and contracts
Price, minimum quantity, lead time, pack, and documents are confirmed in a quotation or a contract. Certificates and test reports apply to the lot and the period they name.

Credentials named on product pages
Product names such as organic, True Source, and NMR describe a credential or a test that must be requested. They are not a promise that every catalog item carries that credential.
